The Desview R72 7-inch is a new and innovative Ultra Bright 3D-LUTs Camera Monitor Screen with 4K Output which allows users to view their footage on a larger screen. It gives all instructions only by touching. Touching the screen twice for the main menu, pinch-to-zoom gesture for image zoom. No complicated button control is needed.
Ultra Bright 3D-LUTs Camera Monitor Screen
Featuring a Premium 7” 1920x1200 Full HD touch screen, and an IPS panel with a 178°(H/V) Viewing Angle, the Desview R72 ensures videographers and camera operators have a great monitoring experience. It also has a Pinch to Zoom feature to help the user quickly check focus, and other fine details of the image.
Designed with HDMI input and output interfaces, this monitor supports resolutions of up to 3840x2160p @24 Hz (4K Ultra HD), and 4096x2160p @24Hz (True 4K) HDMI signals, which synchronizes the camera footage clearly onto a larger screen, allowing director, videographer, or the director of photography to watch from a larger screen. The Monitor also features a universal 3.5mm headphone port, useful for monitoring the audio in real time.
Bright HDR Display
The Desview R72’s 2600nits of brightness, allows the user to see the screen clearly even when filming in bright sunlight. The R7P also supports a high-dynamic range, with a wider colour gamut and more colour depth. This enables the user to capture more colours and more details in the highlight and shadow areas of your footage for more natural colours.
Custom 3D-LUTs Camera Monitor Screen and Anamorphic Mode
Desview R72 features a plethora of professional monitoring functions, such as Histogram, Vectorscope, Waveform, False Colour, Focus Peaking, Zoom etc. The R72 supports 3D-LUTs, which enable you to change the colour tone of your footage on the fly. You can do this by importing LUT files via a USB Stick. The R72’s Anamorphic Mode can change the frame shape of the footage to fit the monitor screen when the videographer or camera operator uses anamorphic lenses.

The R72 Camera Monitor Screen can be easily mounted onto virtually any camera, camcorder and tripod via one of two 1/4” screw threads and a mini hot-shoe adapter. Multiple Power Options The R72 monitor can be powered either by a single NP-F series Battery (such as NP-F750/ F970) or via DC Charging by the external battery through a D-TAP cable. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor shooting sessions.
