The Light Effects Kit AD300 PRO Battery Flash with Barndoor is a Super-Compact 300Ws Monolight Strobe with a Barndoor attached to offer further light control. With its 300Ws of power, the AD300 PRO is perfect for photographers who want a small, yet powerful monolight strobe that is very lightweight and small enough to throw into their camera bag for use on location. The addition of the Barndoor Kit allows you a wide range of lighting control and effects, perfect for Wedding, Portrait, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Events Photographers.
Power: at 300Ws of power controllable from 1/256th power which means you can go as low as 1.2W for many possibilities.
Flash Duration: it offers an impressive flash duration of up to 1/ 10,200s giving a sharper image, great for capturing movement or motion
Recycle Times: at just 0.01-1.5s you will not need to worry about a long wait in between shots to ensure shots are not missed
HSS: overpower the sun with HSS to make shooting outdoors not an issue, reducing ambient light and getting the shot you want.
TTL: get the correct exposure automatically to make worrying about settings, not an issue, ideal for those shooting in changing conditions
Battery Capacity: the 2600mAh rechargeable battery will give approximately 320 full-powered flashes, to get you through almost any shoots without having to constantly change the batteries
Multi-flash mode: AD300PRO can be set to between 2 and 100 flashes at a frequency between 1 and 99Hz (flashes per second), which allows you to create many different effects such as stroboscopic photography.
Metal Construction: Made from aluminium and feature four flags, which can be independently positioned. This enables you to control the beam of light anywhere from a fairly wide beam, down to a narrow slit of light.
Honeycomb Grid: Removable 20° Honeycomb grid, which enables you further restrict the spread of light, enabling you to easily highlight a specific area of your scene.
Coloured Gels: Set of 4 gels, which mount to the barn doors via an adapter ring that comes included in the set. The Gels come in Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow, which open you up to a plethora of creative possibilities.
Mounting Adapter: Mounts directly to the front of your AD300 Pro’s standard reflector (the reflector that ships with your AD300pro). The mounting adapter simply clips onto the front of the standard, reflector, which then enables you to mount the barn doors in conjunction with the grid and gels, or either the barn doors, the grid or the gels individually, for maximum versatility.
